SPOKANE SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHER- WA

HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHY –COEUR D’ALENE-ID-WA

Why should I have professional senior photos taken?

You could ask your friend take your photo with their camera from yearbook class or have your aunt who is really into photography take your photo with her “fancy” camera, but this is your high school senior year! You have waited 4 years to be a senior and having your photos taken by a professional photographer is an experience of your senior year you shouldn’t miss out on. Having an amateur take your photos is about as exciting as going to Zips for prom, this is your senior year and it won’t happen again!

How do I choose the right photographer?

We feel the best way to choose a photographer isn’t based on who’s the cheapest, as the cheapest photographer is likely the least experienced. Choose your high school senior photographer based on viewing their website and ask them to share a full senior photo gallery. Ask questions about their experience photographing high school seniors, does the photographer have experience photographing other subjects and what is their style. A wedding or fashion photographer is going to make your high school senior photo session feel more like a modeling session than a “traditional” formal portrait session.

Choose a photographer who values your dreams.

I remember being a freshman looking through my yearbook at everyone’s photos and being jealous of the senior photos. (Maybe that was a sign I was bound to be a photographer) The ones I liked showed the personality of the senior and made them look amazing. We want to help you look and feel amazing for your senior photos! Tell us your ideas, be creative and we will work with you to create amazing senior photos.

Your photos are art.

Alicia and I feel you deserve to have your photos, so we provide you with a DVD from your session. However we know that DVD will not look great framed on your wall. We want your senior photos to be art in your home and office; we offer gorgeous professional quality canvas, prints on wood, metal and acrylic in addition to archival paper prints.

Senior Portrait Pricing

We like to keep our high school senior portrait pricing simple for our Spokane and Coeur d’ Alene area seniors and parents. All sessions are just $400 and include the disk of all your amazing senior photos. The senior portrait session is about an hour and a half long and we allow you to make an unlimited amount of outfit changes between two locations. Do you want to really feel like a model contact one of our favorite professional makeup artist to have your makeup by a pro and learn why we highly recommend professional makeup to our seniors. It's your senior year, the end of an era. You have grown all the way up and so much is still ahead of you. Lets celebrate with senior portraits.

Alicia Says

Erik and I think its important to get to know the graduating senior and his or her style before we begin dreaming up the perfect scene for the photo session. There is really so much to choose from in Spokane, and Idaho! Urban, rural, country barn, wooded creek, open lake, river, grand mountain view, wheat fields, orchard, brick walls, graffiti... So many places in our surrounding area to help tell who you are and where you're going.

Seniors always like to know what to wear and my advice is simple... Wear what you feel amazing in! Try to stay away from reflective colors. Pick at least three outfits, something dressy that mom would love, something casual, and something fun! If you're into hats, bring them, if you're a musician, bring your instrument, an athlete, bring your gear and uniforms. Bring as many shoes as are necessary, but don't be surprised if you find yourself digging your toes in the sand or strolling barefoot across the grass.

We definitely suggest girls have professional makeup applied to bring out her natural features, and it's always a good idea to arrive with your favorite hair style clean and tressed.

Get ready to stand around, look great, and laugh! The rest is up to us.
